Monero Swap to Bitcoin: How to Check If a Swap Service Is Non Custodial?

When swapping Monero to Bitcoin, how can I verify on chain that the service is actually non custodial?!
Is there a practical way to tell from the raw transaction, inputs and outputs, or mempool data whether the Bitcoin transaction is being built directly to my address or routed through a platform controlled wallet!?
