Bitcoin sent to old address. No idea which wallet please help

Okay so on 7/7/25 I sent $300 to an address that was already copied on my clipboard it was the wrong addres.. I'm assuming it had to be one of my wallets because I had it copied on there in the first place and it's still in the wallet. I have the address and can see it's still there. But I have no idea where the address is. I don't have the phone anymore that I used to have all of my wallet's on it. so is there a way to get it back or am I screwed?

You need the seed phrase for the wallet that owns that address. Without it, you cannot access the funds. Check any other wallets you have for that address. Your money is safe but locked forever without the correct keys.
